Work Environment\n

This position is completely remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while maintaining a productive and organized home office. Participate in regular team meetings and supervision via video conferencing tools to stay connected with your colleagues and managerial staff. While our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, some evening or weekend availability may be necessary to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, establishing rapport and cultivating positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular client sessions to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, ensuring that treatment goals are met efficiently.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address the specific needs and backgrounds of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, in compliance with organizational policies.

• Perform initial intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Participate in individual supervision and continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare providers to coordinate holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with a diverse outpatient population, offering therapeutic services to individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health issues. Our clients include children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychiatric disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted LMHC licensure in the state of New York.

• Proficient in using various software applications, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook for scheduling and case management.

• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families, including completion of intake assessments.
