This is a full-time position. Our partner practices are known for their strong leadership teams, patient-centered cultures, and commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and inspire the office team while modeling core values Oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience Manage financial performance, KPIs, and operational goals Recruit, coach, and retain top talent Partner closely with clinicians to support overall practice success Ideal Background / Qualifications Dental or healthcare management experience required (dental strongly preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Financial acumen with exposure to P&L management and KPIs Proficiency in MS Office; Dentrix experience preferred By joining our Practice Administrator talent pipeline, you’ll be among the first considered when leadership opportunities become available in the area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
