Integres is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist (Tier II) to deliver enterprise-level support for a federal customer. You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, image and deploy workstations, and manage IAM/MFA and endpoint security in a secure environment.
