The Rehancement Group is seeking IT Help Desk Specialists to provide advanced Tier II desktop and endpoint support for the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). The role covers installation, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in a secure enterprise IT environment.
