Position Overview

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our high-volume hiring and onboarding efforts. This role is heavily focused on recruiting administration and serves as a critical link between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR.

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, managing onboarding activities, and ensuring new hires have a seamless experience from offer acceptance through their first day of employment.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for organization and process management.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute offer letters to candidates.
• Initiate, track, and monitor background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all required paperwork is completed prior to start date.
• Communicate with candidates regarding onboarding requirements, employment documentation, and start dates.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and onboarding platforms.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR team members to support high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on incomplete tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring procedures.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and HR administrative projects as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Onboarding, Administrative Support, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or onboarding initiatives.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience coordinating background checks, employment paperwork, or onboarding processes.
