What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive ENT care to a diverse patient population with little competition
• Manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in a clinic setting
• Perform surgeries in state-of-the-art facilities, including the use of advanced surgical robots
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including audiology and subspecialists
• Participate in a care team model with APPs and hospital support staff
• Take backup call while APPs handle primary call coverage
• Contribute to a collegial and flexible work environment emphasizing physician wellness and input into schedule and patient volume
• Access Mayo Clinic resources such as eConsults and Grand Rounds
• Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees

What You Need:

• Active medical license in Ohio
• Board certification in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Strong clinical and surgical skills in ENT
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
