Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours/week
• Up to $500,000/year total compensation with productivity bonuses
• $50,000 signing bonus

What You'll Do:

• Provide 100% outpatient rheumatology care at BVHS Wellness Park
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and diverse specialties
• Develop a personalized schedule including part-time, full-time, or week-on/week-off
• Manage a patient population across various age groups and conditions
• Participate in weekly CME activities and Mayo Clinic programs
• Use Cerner EMR integrated across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Support teaching opportunities for medical students and APP trainees (optional)
• Engage in practice autonomy, influencing clinical practice and improvements
• Leverage Mayo Clinic resources such as eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert
• Benefit from full hospitalist support for inpatient needs

What You Need:

• Medical license in Ohio or willingness to obtain
• MD or DO degree
• Rheumatology fellowship training strongly preferred
• Key skills: outpatient focus, collaborative mindset, autonomy
• Required: Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
