Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide empathetic and professional mental health counseling to clients via secure video chats, ensuring a safe and welcoming space.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Facilitate skill-building workshops during sessions to help clients enhance their coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication techniques.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, stress management, relationship difficulties, or life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active state license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with no current disciplinary actions against your practice.

• Demonstrated ability to practice independently, as you will not receive direct supervision.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues, coupled with a solid familiarity with digital communication tools.

• Reliable internet connection to maintain consistent telehealth services.

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
