Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The licensed therapist will work primarily with adult clients who face a myriad of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a mental health counselor is required. Experience with telehealth delivery and a variety of therapeutic modalities is a plus. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is beneficial, as it allows for efficient client documentation and care management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
