Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews, to identify patient needs effectively.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients, focusing on their unique goals and cultural considerations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic strategies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), within individual, couple, family, and group therapy frameworks.

• Provide crisis intervention services and assist in formulating care strategies for patients in acute distress, ensuring their immediate needs are met.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions and management strategies.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, addressing the diverse needs of each patient.
