Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to gauge student needs effectively.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with students, parents, and educators that incorporate individual goals and cultural considerations.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring quick, effective responses to acute mental health crises.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans that comply with regulations and organizational policies.

• Deliver psychoeducation to students and their families, empowering them with skills and knowledge to manage mental health concerns successfully.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care and support.

• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes to assess the effectiveness of therapy and modify treatment strategies accordingly.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health care, integrating best practices into clinical work.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required.

• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
