Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific needs and goals of patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions aimed at reinforcing coping strategies and addressing underlying psychological issues that contribute to substance use.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions that foster a sense of community and shared experiences among individuals in recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in Florida.

• Strong knowledge of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies is essential.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy in addiction treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
