Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients, including thorough reviews of medical history and assessments of physical capabilities to create individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding evaluation findings and treatment strategies, ensuring their active participation in goal-setting processes.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, recognizing when changes in a patient's condition necessitate adjustments to the treatment plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
