This position is primarily remote, with the opportunity to connect with clients via telehealth or in our outpatient office setting located in Collierville, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for a diverse clientele.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring each session aligns with the clients' specific needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, adapting methods to fit different scenarios and client challenges.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists—to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s mental health.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and effective practices within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a varied patient population, helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. You will work directly with clients from diverse backgrounds, making it imperative to foster therapeutic relationships built on trust and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• At least two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Excellent understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike.

• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other related software is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, family therapy, or substance abuse treatment will be considered a significant asset. Experience working within interdisciplinary teams and in multi-faceted clinical scenarios is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
