Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional mental health professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated care for all clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and actionable interventions tailored to each client.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Happy Couples Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
