Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of accounts, handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist clients with placing orders, providing accurate quotes, and ensuring a seamless delivery process for our products.
- Maintain a strong, working knowledge of our product catalog to provide expert assistance and timely service.
- Act as a client advocate, identifying and resolving issues with a focus on quick, effective solutions to build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with various vendors to get parts, check order status, and obtain pricing and quotes.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Assist other departments as needed, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Help improve our processes by providing valuable feedback on system needs and potential changes.
- Ensure all duties are performed in conformance with company quality management standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive or heavy-duty parts is a plus.
- Proficient with data entry and computers, including Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay for this position is $25-$33 per hour. Your final compensation will be determined by several factors, including your education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
