The Opportunity We are partnering with a global advertising technology company to identify an Account Director who will be responsible for maximizing the value, adoption, retention, and growth of some of the company’s most strategic enterprise customers in the Americas. A strong, current understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem is essential for this role. This role combines strategic account leadership with deep technical expertise, acting as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders. The role partners closely with clients and internal teams to deliver customer outcomes, drive innovation, and strengthen long term commercial success. What You Will Do Manage and develop strategic relationships by understanding business priorities, technical requirements, and organizational decision making processes. Partner with sales and customer success teams to identify strategic growth initiatives by aligning the company’s features and solutions with the client's business objectives and long term strategy. Advise business and technical stakeholders on best practices, product capabilities, solution design, and opportunities to maximize value from the platform. Clearly articulate client needs as they pertain to product deployments, integrations, and enablement activities, ensuring successful resolutions for required client needs. Identify and mitigate business or technical risks through proactive monitoring of customer health, platform utilization, and success outcomes. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Support, Operations, and Commercial teams to coordinate resources and ensure customer objectives are achieved. Facilitate executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, technical workshops, and stakeholder presentations. Identify opportunities for commercial expansion, increased feature adoption, and innovation while strengthening the company’s position as a long term strategic partner. What We Are Looking For Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English (required). Spanish is a plus. Familiar with local Brazilian market dynamics, key agency, media industry, and AdTech players. Significant experience managing strategic enterprise customers within AdTech, SaaS, and/or digital advertising ecosystems. Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, media buying, identity, measurement, and related technologies. Demonstrated ability to lead both technical and commercial customer conversations, translating complex technical concepts into business value. Experience managing complex projects, solution consulting, product adoption, and executive stakeholder engagement. Strong facilitation, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences. Experience working with CRM and Customer Success platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or equivalent systems. Ability to work independently, coordinate cross functional teams, and drive outcomes in complex customer environments. The ideal candidate is proactive and accountable, with clear communication and strong stakeholder influence. They are a strategic thinker and relationship builder who is customer centric, technically curious, solution oriented, commercially minded, collaborative, and influential. Location This is a U.S. based position, with a strong preference for candidates in the New York City area.
