Our client is a well regarded non-profit seeking a Leaves & Benefits Specialist.
T his is an onsite role in Manhattan, and will be mainly focused on handling LOAs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in managing benefit programs to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional employee experience.
- Handle all Leaves of Absence documentation and processing (STD, LTD, FMLA, PLA, etc.)
- Create and maintain process documentation for all benefit-related workflows.
- Contribute to the planning, research, and execution of new benefits-related projects.
- Assist with open enrollment process, plan renewals, and related system updates.
- Respond to benefits-related inquiries from global employees, delivering accurate and timely information.
- Support the benefits aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage employee benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes with accuracy in Workday and among third-party vendors.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of benefits experience
- 3+ years of experience specifically in processing Leaves of Absences (LOAs)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working at a Financial, Technology, or Fintech firm
- Workday experience is a plus
- Global experience is a plus
The annual base salary range is $80k to $100k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
