Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct insightful individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with a focus on building trust and rapport.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ unique needs and collaboratively develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Support clients in setting and achieving specific therapeutic goals, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to treatment objectives.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates according to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in regular supervision and staff meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and peer support.
