Overview THE RESTAURANT Xiquet (chee-KETT) by international award-winning Chef Danny Lledó joined the select ranks of MICHELIN Star restaurants in DC in 2021. Xiquet is known for modern Spanish cuisine that showcases the finest products from around the world, served with warm, Mediterranean hospitality. The restaurant offers a tasting menu experience with innovative preparations of Valencia’s traditional cuisine, ignited by a wood-fire kitchen. A meal consists of a 10-course culinary experience beginning with canapés and aperitivos at the Chef’s Counter, followed by seating in the upstairs dining room, and concluding in the mezzanine lounge with after-dinner drinks and special treats. ACCOLADES include: One Star, Michelin Guide 2021-2025; Sommelier of the Year, Michelin Guide 2022; Diamond AAA Award 2022-2026; Wine Spectator Award of Excellence 2023; RAMMY Award for Formal Fine Dining Restaurant of The Year 2023; Top Ten on 100 Best Restaurants Washingtonian 2023; OAD Top 100 in North America 2023-2025.
