Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to promote client healing and resilience.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate and secure clinical records for all patients, facilitating seamless care transitions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care and support for clients.

• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to continually improve the quality of care delivered to clients.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, aiding them in understanding mental health conditions and guiding them toward appropriate treatment options.

• Stay current with ongoing developments in the mental health field to apply the latest research and practices to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele who may present with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. We prioritize a client-centered approach, tailoring treatment strategies to fit the varying needs of each individual. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated competence in applying solution-focused interventions, ensuring personalized and effective client care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
