Digital Engagement Office Assistant Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Digital Engagement for Alumni Affairs, the Digital Engagement Office Assistant will support the development and distribution of emails for the alumni community, and assist the Digital Engagement team with office logistics such as calendar, production, and event coordination. Eligibility Requirements Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Enrolled at least half‑time in a degree, diploma, or certificate‑seeking undergraduate or graduate program. Student must be pre‑registered for the upcoming fall semester if working in summer. Have a valid United States Social Security Number (SSN). Remain in valid Visa status as applicable. Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0. Students in their first semester may work even without an official GPA. Federal Work‑Study students may apply. In good disciplinary standing. Must be located in the U.S. Responsibilities Draft newsletter, event, and one‑off emails to be sent to the alumni community. Proof emails before they are sent for final review. Pre‑production outreach and research, including cold calls and emails. Coordinate interview and production schedules. Assist with setup and breakdown of interviews and film shoots. Support the general operation of Alumni Affairs when needed. Desired Skills and Experience Strong written & verbal communication. Good people skills. Excellent organization skills. Strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience writing for a school newspaper, yearbook, or TV/media. Performing experience is a plus. General knowledge of film, audio, and/or social media editing/production is a plus.
