Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions and therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform your treatment strategies, ensuring they are evidence-based.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical boundaries.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews to provide well-rounded, integrated client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia is mandatory.
