Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify your clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including case managers and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergency situations, skillfully applying your clinical expertise and empathy.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness and education, working to reduce stigma and encourage individuals to seek help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be adept at working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent professional license, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in practicing with individuals from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy services is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits\n
