Clerical Assistant

The Clerical Assistant performs skilled receptionist and secretarial/clerical activities for PACE sites. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position. Fingerprinting may be required also.
• 1 year of Front desk medical office and/or service-oriented non-profit experience.
• Basic computer literacy - ie copy/paste, printer installation, Microsoft familiarity etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Accounts payable and cash handling experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
