Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pathway Mental Health & Wellness Center, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that enable clients to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Foster a safe and inclusive environment during these collaborative discussions.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Help clients explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop effective coping strategies.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their individual preferences and needs.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
