(Opening New Market) Regional Canvass Manager; Wildlife & Conservation Fundraising

Helpful Experience : Canvass and/or Sales Management, Non-profit Fundraising and/or Response Outreach, and/or Direct Marketing. Compensation : Raises year-over-year. Converting total strangers to passionate ongoing supporters one unforgettable-conversation at-a-time. Our dedicated frontline outreach team is supported by their local Regional Canvass Manager. Regional Canvass Managers are crucial with near total hands-off responsibility (yet always given consistent + attentive support) for managing, training, and directing the daily procedures + culture + outcomes per their local market. In-a-Nutshell : We politely bother strangers for the Light Side of the Force and raise money for causes to care about deeply. We need a manager who can train-up & run a sales/direct marketing team who will be supported every step of the way. We are looking for experienced individuals particularly in Canvassing, Fundraising, or Sales/Direct Marketing. ***If this ISN'T you, BUT you have comparable experience THEN do not hesitate to apply.*** Role & Responsibilities : Hire, Train, Develop, Coach, Motivate, and Manage a small-midsize direct marketing team. Develop local partnerships with retail locations or venues for private sites. Help create territory grid. Engage and communicate with local residents in various settings. Onboard potential recurring-donors to contribute to our partners. Represent our partners with integrity & enthusiasm at all times. Maintain + enforce performance targets.
