Regular business hours are supplemented by some evening shifts to offer comprehensive support to our clients, ensuring that they have access to vital mental health resources when they need them most.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, leading to the formulation of tailored treatment plans that address specific challenges.

• Implement a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused approaches for individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care that meets diverse client needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and interventions during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a varied client base reflective of the Schenectady area. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
