Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment strategies based on their unique circumstances.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices that address a variety of mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group therapy when applicable, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide clients in the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive and integrated care for clients, thereby optimizing treatment outcomes.

• Educate and guide clients' families to foster a greater understanding of mental health issues and encourage their involvement in the recovery process.

• Document client interactions meticulously to maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and ethical treatment practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, facing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. You will be equipped to adapt your therapy techniques to meet the unique cultural, social, and emotional needs of each client, promoting inclusivity and understanding throughout their care journey.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
\n
• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in mental health counseling, showcasing a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
