Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans based on the outcome of these evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions through a digital platform, ensuring effective communication and therapeutic rapport are maintained.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to present a unified approach to clients' care, ensuring all aspects of their treatment are integrated.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, employing de-escalation techniques and empathetic listening.

• Engage actively in community outreach programs and educational workshops, promoting awareness of mental health resources and combating stigma associated with mental illness.

Our client base represents a wide demographic, encompassing various socioeconomic backgrounds and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and others. The ideal therapist for this role will demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of cultural diversity, enabling them to build rapport with clients from different backgrounds and offer tailored support that resonates with their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
