Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their individual mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide services to individuals, families, and groups, adapting strategies to address a wide array of mental health conditions.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare professionals to create an integrated care approach, ensuring continuity and holistic client support.

• Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, demonstrating your expertise and empathy during emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic alliances with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a focus on efficient documentation and adherence to treatment protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting, utilizing remote communication tools effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
