Associate Accountant Accounts Receivable
Teterboro, NJ | Onsite | Direct Hire
A well-established commercial investment firm is hiring an Associate Accountant to join their small, collaborative accounting team.
What You'll Do:
- Process receipts, wires, and ACH payments across entities
- Maintain tenant records and property-level accounting
- Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Grow into budgeting and CAM reconciliation responsibilities over time
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of AR experience
- MRI Software experience a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a small team with minimal oversight
