Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients, ensuring timely documentation to meet regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team, and participate actively in the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment protocols.

• Engage with external partners, including state agencies and community organizations, to advocate for client needs and secure additional resources and support.

• Participate in training and licensing processes to maintain high standards of practice and engage in professional development opportunities, including attending state meetings and representing the agency at relevant conferences.

• Maintain clear and constructive communication with clients, their families, and all stakeholders to uphold our mission and foster a supportive network.
