Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments via telehealth to identify patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and short-term individual counseling for clients experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in California as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Strong understanding of best practices related to telehealth and evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for remote counseling environments.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effective engagement with patients and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
