In addition to remote interaction, you may occasionally work from our outpatient office located in Plano, Texas, which allows for in-person collaboration with colleagues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health conditions and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique goals, preferences, and needs, ensuring clients play an active role in their therapeutic journey.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of client progress, utilizing metrics and feedback to optimize outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring immediate support and connecting them to appropriate resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the fidelity of care and maintaining clear communication across care teams.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care to clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, such as workshops and training sessions, to stay current with advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing bodies and organizations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related area.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW), with a clear eligibility to practice in Texas.

Preferred Experience\n
