Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to tailor treatment plans effectively.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their overall well-being.

• Collaboratively establish and review therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring meaningful progress tracking and adjustments to treatment as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Pure Life Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse client population. You will provide services to families, couples, and individuals facing significant challenges in their lives. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate issues related to relationships, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist, or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts.

• Experience working with a diverse range of clients, positively impacting their mental health journey.

• Demonstrated ability and experience in teletherapy or virtual mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
