Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial interviews and assessments to determine the individual needs of clients.

• Provide ongoing evaluation and treatment planning by collecting and synthesizing bio-psychosocial information from clients, their families, and appropriate referral sources.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions grounded in current best practices in the field of mental health and chemical dependency.

• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities and approaches tailored to the specific needs of each client and their unique circumstances.

• Document all interactions and treatments accurately in accordance with confidentiality standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and Washington State laws.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele within the community who are dealing with mental health challenges related to addiction, trauma, and various emotional issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Services, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting, with a focus on addiction or mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
