Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, ensuring a personalized approach to counseling.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing appropriate interventions tailored to the client's unique circumstances.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, discussing client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain confidential client records following all legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines to ensure the highest level of client trust and security.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision sessions, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, including individuals dealing with addiction, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Each Mental Health Counselor at our organization will be empowered to forge strong therapeutic relationships, guiding clients through their emotional challenges while forming an empathetic and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field; a Master’s degree from an accredited program is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, the following benefits are provided:
