Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients both remotely and in-person, focusing on those experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disturbances.

• Implement integrated care plans in coordination with clients, families, and other health care providers, ensuring access to necessary services.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on client-driven goals to empower both clients and their support systems.

• Engage in crisis intervention when needed, providing immediate support and resource guidance during challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to monitor progress and ensure accountability.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to organizational committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients who experience significant mental health challenges, especially within the school environment. This means working closely with students who face emotional trauma, behavioral issues, or mental health disorders, and providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Maryland is mandatory.
