Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and clinical experience to develop and implement independent psychosocial diagnoses for each patient, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities.

• Work collaboratively with patients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and support their mental health journeys.

• Employ evidence-based interventions such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, and other approaches to engage patients effectively.

• Collaborate with primary care providers and other clinicians to create a seamless and integrated care experience, ensuring all aspects of a patient’s health are addressed.

• Continuously monitor patient progress, systematically tracking treatment responses, and adjusting care plans as necessary during both virtual and in-person sessions.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medications, focusing on adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating treatment efficacy, in close cooperation with prescribing medical professionals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
