Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your advanced education, training, and clinical experience to make independent psychosocial diagnoses for patients, addressing their unique mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with patients to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their personal goals, preferences, and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions that incorporate a variety of methodologies such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, and more, adapting techniques based on each client’s needs.

• Work in tandem with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Track patient progress systematically, using both in-person and virtual check-ins to assess treatment effectiveness and adjustment needs.

• Assist in psychotropic medication management by providing support in treatment adherence monitoring and addressing side effects, ensuring that clients understand their medication regimens.

You will work with diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults who may be facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
