Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Aloha Healthcare Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing your education, training, and experience to perform thorough psychosocial assessments and provide independent diagnoses for patients.

• Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific mental health needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each individual.

• Working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Monitoring and tracking patient progress through systematic assessments, both in-person and virtually, to ensure treatment goals are being met.

• Overseeing psychotropic medication management as prescribed, focusing on adherence, evaluating side effects, and assessing overall effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population served at Aloha Healthcare Center primarily includes individuals undergoing detoxification and those struggling with substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. You will provide support to a diverse range of clients, many of whom may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma. Your role is critical in helping clients navigate their recovery journey by providing therapeutic interventions and emotional support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following minimum qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Florida.

• At least 1 year of professional experience as an independently licensed therapist, demonstrating a solid foundation in social work practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working in addiction or recovery settings, knowledge of treatment modalities applicable to substance use disorders, and familiarity with telehealth platforms are advantageous. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills will greatly enhance your ability to establish therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
