Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disturbances through individual, group, and family therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' psychological and emotional health and create integrated care plans tailored to individual needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts and provide timely support in high-stress situations, ensuring safety and well-being for students.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to build comprehensive support systems that promote student success.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess student needs and facilitate timely access to mental health services.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss reports, share insights into client progress, and refine treatment plans accordingly.

• Monitor ongoing client progress, including admissions, treatment efficacy, and discharge planning, ensuring compliance with program criteria.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans while ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Provide educational resources and workshops for students and teachers to foster an understanding of mental health and wellness.

• Be available for after-hours on-call responsibilities to support students and families as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve a diverse school-aged population experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
