Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for your clients.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to legal and ethical standards within the counseling profession.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training sessions, to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional bonuses available based on performance.
