About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to lead its FP&A function and play a pivotal role in the strategic and financial decision-making process. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on driving revenue, financial performance, EBITDA, and cash flow. This leadership position requires a strategic and value-creation mindset, particularly in the context of the company's recent growth and potential future transactions. The VP of Finance will be a key partner to the CFO and senior leadership, translating financial and operational data into insights that influence decision-making and ensure the company's financial visibility and rigor. Key responsibilities for the VP of Finance include leading a large, geographically dispersed finance team, providing clear visibility into business performance, and evaluating growth opportunities. The role demands an individual with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, extensive FP&A leadership experience, and a background in B2B services with a strong revenue-growth orientation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of P&L ownership, exceptional business partnering skills, and the ability to challenge assumptions to drive improved performance. While not mandatory, experience in supporting transactions or M&A activities is beneficial. The VP of Finance will also be expected to maintain a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration within the finance team, and to evolve the function towards best-in-class business partnering and decision support.
