Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in the therapeutic process with individuals, couples, and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans based on the unique needs of clients.

• Facilitating joint therapy sessions for couples while also providing individual therapy for each partner as necessary.

• Specializing in issues such as family conflicts, substance abuse, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Designing and implementing evidence-based interventions to address various mental health issues faced by clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic care approach for our clients.

Your practice will involve a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with a range of challenges, such as:

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
