We are seeking a Korean-Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a hybrid contract role supporting accounts and invoicing operations at a beauty company headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.
**Role Overview**
This role supports invoice processing, data entry, ERP system management, and PO processing. Korean language proficiency is a hard requirement — this is a bilingual work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- File and collect invoices
- Submit invoices within the ERP system
- Accurately enter invoice data into the system
- Process purchase orders (POs) and update ERP records
**Requirements**
- Korean-bilingual — professional fluency in Korean is non-negotiable
- 2–4 years of administrative experience with accounts and invoicing knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Concur, or similar)
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Based near Los Angeles — must report onsite for hybrid schedule
**Nice to Have**
- Sourcing or procurement experience
- Prior experience in beauty, retail, or consumer goods industry
**Schedule**
Hybrid | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST | 40 hours/week
Contract: 3 months, then extend month by month. Expected start: ASAP
