Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health status, strengths, and needs, implementing tailored interventions based on findings.

• Deliver therapeutic services, including evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), through virtual sessions.

• Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and special education professionals, to develop individualized treatment plans that address the academic and social-emotional needs of students.

• Educate students and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and effective coping strategies, enhancing their understanding and participation in care.

• Conduct group therapy and psychoeducational workshops that address issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress management among students.

• Serve as an advocate for students' mental health needs within the educational system, facilitating access to various support services.

• Participate in regular case conferences and team meetings to ensure alignment in treatment approaches and to share insights regarding student progress.

The primary client group for this role includes school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
