Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong ability to establish rapport with clients.

• A high degree of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental perspective in therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
