Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to promote healing and coping.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process trauma, develop adaptive coping strategies, and foster resilience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure an integrated and comprehensive care approach for our patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
